    • Initial consultation to understand the vision and details of the wedding day.

    • Extensive Details meeting one month before to create a design plan, timeline and kick off vendor communications.

    • Coordination with vendors to ensure all professionals are on the same page.

    • On-site management and coordination on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    • Ensuring that the wedding couple and their families can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.

PARTIAL PLANNING

  • This is for the couples who appreciate a more hands on approach. Wedding planners will set monthly meetings to go over all aspects of the planning process. You will receive everything included in the "Just the Day" package plus:

    • Assistance with vendor recommendations and selection for remaining services (e.g., florist, photographer, caterer).

    • Guidance and support with design and décor choices. Including meetings to map out selections to create a cohesive look.

    • Regular check-ins and consultations throughout the planning process to offer advice and assistance.

    • Assistance with creating and managing a budget for the remaining wedding need.

    • Access to a list of preferred vendors and discounts where applicable.

FULL PLANNING

  • This will include everything from previous packages plus an experienced team will guide you through every step of the planning process, from budget management and venue selection to vendor coordination. Your wedding planner will help you select exceptional vendors to make your wedding come to life. You will have regular meetings, expert advice, and meticulous attention to detail, we'll ensure your wedding day is flawless and unforgettable. Let us take the stress out of wedding planning so you can focus on savoring every moment of your celebration. On the day of your event you will have two Coordinators to make sure every detail is flawless.

    • Comprehensive assistance with all aspects of wedding planning from start to finish.

    • Venue scouting and selection assistance.

    • Attendance at vendor meetings and negotiations on behalf of the couple.

    • Design and theme development, including assistance with invitations, décor, and overall aesthetic.

    • Budget management and tracking, including payment schedules and reminders.

    • Unlimited communication and support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

    • Assistance with wedding-related tasks such as guest list management, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements.

    • Coordination of additional events such as rehearsal dinners or post-wedding brunches if desired.
